These two Mediterranean-styled office towers, one rising 9 stories and the other 3 stories above the garage base, are linked by a street-level arcade of upscale shops and restaurants. Parking is provided in a surrounding parking garage that has one level below grade and five levels above grade. Designed in strict accordance with Coral Gables architectural guidelines, the project facade is stucco backed by cellular masonry units and the structure is designed to accommodate 120 mile-per-hour winds.
